Maintain and track all purchase requisitions for Casino Operations through Coupa or other internal processes.Attend monthly Safety meetings and conduct monthly safety duties.Partner with HR to ensure all department/property changes in policies and procedures as it relates to Casino Operations and the property are communicated.Track all paperwork regarding team member performance review, time off, transfers promotions, etc.Complete and process all payroll, including but not limited to PTO, Leave, salary increases, transfers, promotions, and payroll adjustments.Maintain and track Slot Response time through the Floor Spy program.Will handle confidential material for the department and Director.Will create communication pieces with little or no direction.Answer telephones, field and direct calls to the proper department or person, receive and distribute daily mail, and will direct paper and electronic communications received and distribute accordingly.Schedule appointments, set up conference calls, schedule leadership meetings and other duties requested by the Director.Assist leadership team with Casino Operations administrative duties to include, though not be limited to payroll, timekeeping, daily reports, staffing and scheduling.The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary at Hollywood and 1 st Jackpot Casino :
